Aon Investment Insights Series 2026 Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions conference delegate types are:
- Asset Owners - representatives of pension plans, insurers, wealth managers, charities, endowments, and foundations.
- Asset Managers - representatives of firms managing institutional assets directly.
- Investment Service Providers - firms providing auxiliary and administrative institutional investment services, including (without limitation) investment index firms, data providers, and custodians.
- It is the sole responsibility of each delegate to ensure that their participation in the Aon Investment Insights Series (including Aon conferences and Aon forums) does not breach any agreement, obligation, restriction or duty owed to any party, including, without limitation, their employer or any third party. Each delegate agrees to act at all times in the best interests of their clients and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to relevant antitrust and competition laws.
- Aon’s receipt of revenue from Asset Managers will not result in any preferential treatment by Aon when evaluating, rating, or recommending Asset Managers or their products or strategies including those relating to any of their affiliates.
- Similarly, an Asset Manager’s decision to not attend one or more events in the Aon Investment Insights Series (including Aon conferences and Aon forums), will not result in any less preferential treatment by Aon when evaluating, rating, or recommending Asset Managers or their products or strategies including those relating to any of their affiliates.
- Aon accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions expressed by speakers or any other persons (including external speakers) at the events.
- Aon reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, including sessions and/or speakers at any time without prior notice.
- The Aon Investment Insights Series is intended to foster communication among Asset Owners, Asset Managers, Investment Service Providers, and Aon. Registration for and/or attendance at any event does not guarantee access to, or meetings with, any particular individual or firm including Aon or any of its representatives.
- By registering for one or more Aon events, you consent to Aon sharing your data with third party providers for the ongoing execution of event planning and organization, for the purposes of conflict-of-interest disclosures, and any other disclosures that Aon, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates may be required to make under relevant laws and/or government regulations and guidance.
- Aon and other Aon Group companies may use your personal information to contact you from time to time about other products, services and events that we believe may be of interest to you. - Please note, Aon reserves the right to limit the number of attendees from any single firm. Aon also reserves the right to decline registrations that do not align with the intended target audience for the event, including registrations received from competitors.
Payment Conditions:
- Attendance is free of charge for Asset Owner delegates.
- Event fees apply for Asset Manager and Investment Service Provider delegates. The fee stated for each event excludes local taxes and any costs associated with travel, accommodation or refreshments, all of which remain the responsibility of each delegate.
- By registering for the Aon Investment Insights Series, Asset Managers and Investment Service Provider acknowledge and agree that they are committing to pay the applicable event fee as specified below. Invoices will be issued in the local currency of the event and include any applicable taxes and fees.
- For Asset Managers and Investment Service Providers registering for the Aon conferences and/or the forums, payment in full is required before the first day of the event(s) for which they have registered. Further details on payment terms will be provided at time of registration.
- Invoices will be issued in the local currency of the event and will include all applicable taxes and fees. If paying by credit card, a non-refundable 2.95% transaction fee is applied and will be added to the registration fee payable by the registrant.
- No cancellation charge will be applied if written notification of cancellation is received at least 30 days before the first day of the relevant event. If a cancellation request is received less than 30 days before the first day of the event, payment in full will still be required, except in cases of Force Majeure or termination for breach. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions Force Majeure means any event beyond a party’s reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental acts, delays in obtaining work permits or visas, fires, explosion, earthquake, flood or other natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, accident, civil commotion, industrial dispute.
- Firms that have engaged Aon for a package of services may be subject to separate terms and conditions under those arrangements. In the event of any conflict, those separate terms and conditions shall prevail in relation to the relevant services.
- Asset Manager and Investment Service Provider delegate passes may be transferred in full to another delegate from the same firm, provided that the change is requested at least 3 business days before the start of the conference. Sharing of passes between delegates is not permitted.
Event Pricing:
All event fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes and fees:
- London Conference:
- Early discounted rate: £12,000 (GBP) per delegate for registrations completed on or before 30 June 2026.
- Standard rate: £13,500 (GBP) per delegate for registrations completed on or after 1 July 2026.
- Miami Conference:
- Standard rate: $18,500 (USD) per delegate.
- Asia Pacific Singapore Forum:
- Early tiered discount rates: for registrations completed on or before 30 June 2026:
- $15,000 (USD) for the first delegate;
- $10,000 (USD) for the second delegate from the same firm;
- $5,000 (USD) for each additional delegate thereafter from the same firm.
- Standard rate: $17,000 (USD) per delegate for registrations completed after on or after 1 July 2026.
- Early tiered discount rates: for registrations completed on or before 30 June 2026:
Local Multi-Pass Discounts:
Local Multi-Pass discounts apply as follow:
- London Conference:
- After the first London Conference pass purchased by a firm, a 20% discount will be applied to each additional London Conference pass purchased on or before 30 June 2026.
- For any additional London Conference passes purchased after 30 June 2026, a 10% discount will be applied.
- Miami Conference:
- After the first Miami Conference pass purchased by a firm, a 10% discount will be applied to the invoice for each additional Miami Conference pass purchased.
- Asia Pacific Forum:
- Early tiered pricing applies as set out in the Event Pricing section above for registrations completed on or before 30 June 2026 (USD $15,000 for the first delegate, USD $10,000 for the second delegate and USD $5,000 for each additional delegate thereafter).
Local multi‑pass discounts cannot be combined with the Global Series Package described below or with any other promotional offer, unless expressly stated otherwise by Aon in writing.
Global Registration Package
The Global Registration Package offers discounted pricing to firms that attend all three event locations in the Aon Investment Insights Series 2026 (being the London Conference, the Miami Conference, and the Asia Pacific Forum). Under the Global Registration Package, firms will receive a 20% discount on the standard event fee for one pass purchased for each of the [3] events.
The following conditions apply:
- Firms must confirm their commitment in writing to a Global Registration Package on or before the first event.
- Each Global Registration Package covers one delegate pass per event location (London Conference, Miami Conference, and Asia Pacific Forum), for a total of three passes per Global Registration Package.
- Firms may purchase more than one Global Registration Package.
- Any additional passes purchased for any event that are not included within a firm’s Global Registration Package will be charged in accordance with the applicable fee structure set out in the Event Pricing and Local Multi-Pass Discounts sections of these Terms and Conditions. The Global Registration Package discount may not be combined with any Local Multi‑Pass discounts or with any other promotional offer, unless expressly stated otherwise by Aon in writing.
- Billing (whether by invoice or credit‑card payment) will be processed on an event-by-event basis, in the local currency of that event, and applicable taxes and fees will be added to each event invoice.
- All other registration, transfer and cancellation terms set out in these Terms and Conditions continue to apply to passes purchases under a Global Registration Package.
