- Pre-Conference Events | Monday, December 7
- 4pm - 6pm, optional 1:1 meetings, followed by a welcome networking reception.
- Conference Day 1 | Tuesday, December 8
- 9am – 4pm, followed by optional 1:1 meetings and an evening reception and dinner.
- Conference Day 2 | Wednesday, December 9
- 9am – 12.30pm, followed by a networking lunch and optional 1:1 meetings through the afternoon.

Attendance is complimentary for asset owners, defined as representatives of pension plans, insurers, wealth manager, charities, endowments, and foundations.

A link to reserve a hotel room will be included in the registration confirmation email. Attendees are responsible for their own room charges and incidentals. The negotiated group rate is $339 per night, plus a $35 nightly resort fee and taxes. This rate is available while rooms remain in the block or until Friday, November 13, 2026, whichever comes first; early booking is encouraged.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements. The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and about 60 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA).
Hotel Deposit Policy: A one-night room-and-tax deposit is required at the time of booking and may be charged immediately. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least three days prior to arrival.

Weather/Attire
The dress code for the day and evening events is business casual (no tie required). A wrap or light jacket is recommended, as portions of the event will be held outdoors and it can be cool in the evening or in the meeting spaces. In December, the average high temperature in Miami is around 75°F, with an average low of about 65°F.
